Trying to upgrade my package or look at my deals on My Virgin media account.
I could look at these last week but now I get the Oops something is not working response when clicking on either of these. I can sign into my account and look at bills etc but not make a change which I need to do as my contract is coming to an end. Calling is no good because they can't offer the same deals as I see online. Is this just a scam to get you paying more? I have used different devices so not sure how I might get to claim the offer I saw last week and also have a pre contract for. Anyone else had this problem?
