Trying to login and kept its trying to make a new account?

Trying to login on my pc and its trying to get me to setup a new account, I already have one and am logged into it via my phone?? anyway to sort this? I've been with Virgin nearly 15 months now.

      nothing works, I've had the account maybe 10 months? and now it doesn't work? the whole logging in looks different.

        Hi Martyn 

        Thanks for coming back to us. So when you log in, it will ask you to create a VM O2 ID :) please follow the steps and create this, this will overall sort your issue out.
