Trying to cancel tv and phone but keep broadband
I'm 42 days away from my contract ending and I wish to cancel my tv and phone but keep the broadband. I tried to speak with the cancellations team today but experienced the most useless customer service I have ever received. After speaking with two agents and having to spell out what i was trying to get across we finally got that I only needed broadband. However I was being faced with a cancellation charge even though I repeatedly said I didn't want to change until my contract was up and I was giving notice of this. The agent kept telling me they would phone me back in 12 days time, 30 days before contract end. I tried to explain that I can give notice 60 - 30 days in advance but they went silent and we got nowhere. Any advice on what to do. Thanks
