I am trying to access my virgin media account but can't.
It wants me to link my O2 account but wont accept my old virgin media password and when I use validate another way it goes in circles with emails and codes that never work.
How can I just get into my account or.talk to someone as I wanted to book an engineer for a tv amd landline problem but cant do it

Have you tried to go down the forget password route at all?
You may need to link the account by using a new email address.
What issues are you facing with your TV and landline?
Thank ypu for the reply. I tried the forgot password and it made me go back and try link my account first.
I am trying again later as think there is a step I missed .
Issue with my landline is it doesn't work but when I check status it says nothing wrong. I tried to go on line to book an engineer but the like only takes me.to amed existing appointment and cnat make a new one.
I also need to talk to a person re options with my tivi box as having house works and need to move the cable from where it is.

This should be covered by the £25 non fault call out fee. If an engineer is in attendance to do this work, he may as well check your phone line as he will be working with the incoming cables.
