Transfer to Virgin Media

I transferred to Virgin Media back in January and was told that the Direct Debits to Sky would automatically be transferred / stopped.

Now in April Sky are still taking their payments.

Just cannot get through to a person to discuss the matter, I know cancelling my Sky DD will just open another can of worms.

I've tried customer services but I get an automated voice and I'm going round in circles.

A contact email address or telephone number would be useful.

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with being billed by your previous provider. If you've opted to switch to us via One Touch Switch, then we would have informed Sky of your intention to leave and taken over the services from your installation date. This will only cancel your Broadband and Phone services, if you have TV services with Sky, you would need to cancel these yourself. You can view more on this here

    Please check with Sky to see what the charges are relating too so they can help you further.
