TNT Sports

Hello,

I have just upgraded my broadband speed from 350 to 500Mb. That required starting a new 18 months contract. At no point did it tell me my TV package would be affected. I received an email a while ago saying that TNT would be removed because I hadn't used it (not true), and I should fill in a form to keep it. So I did, and TNT kept working.

Now it's gone, just in time for the start of the Champions League.

It still says that it is included in my package in my account information. I looked into adding it, but I don't have that option, because it is already part of my package. Except it isn't working anymore.

Please can a Virgin person on here just put it back?

Thank you

  • Maxit is now a legacy package. As such, ANY change of the contract will replace it with the current equivalent. Warner no longer allows the former BT Sports channels to be bundled with any other packages, so they have to be subscribed to seperately.

  • Hey wangertoph, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

TNT sports is now an add on.

On your new renewal does it state on the paperwork TNT is included or not?

It did use to be on the MAXIT package however its not anymore so when you do a renewal unless added or its started on the contact summary sheet it wouldn't be included anymore.
