TNT Sports not activated

Two days ago I ordered the upgrade to TNT Sports via the Black Friday offer. I've recevived an email confirming the order but it still has to be activated. Tried to call customer services but that only sends you on giant loop of non helpful bot questions. Tried for near on an hour to speak to a human before giving up.

Does anyone have any idea when these channels are supposed to be activated and also the best route in to actually speak to a human for help.

    Have you rebooted your 360 to check if the TNT Sports channels have been activated?

    If you ordered over the phone it's usually actioned straightaway.  Any other method can take up to 10 working days (14 calendar days) as it's processed by a back office team who apply the deal. You should receive another email once the change has been made. 

    If you didn't order over the phone then if it hasn't been put in place once 14 calendar days are up, pop back and update this thread and a member of the forum team will be able check things further for you.

  • Thank you. I used the VM app so looks like I’m in for a wait probs Miss the first ashes test. Hopefully it will come through for the remaining test matches.

      You could always try phoning and see if you can get TNT Sports for the same Black Friday price and then get it activated straightaway.   150 from a VM landline or  0345 454 1111 from any other phone

      We're sorry to hear you're still waiting on TNT Sports being added. As mentioned by newapollo, if you've added the channels online through My VM or via an email offer that was sent to you, once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, these orders go to a back office team who apply the deal. This can take up to 14 days to process and they'll send you an email confirming the change has been made. 

      As these offers are usually online exclusive, the Sales or Customer Services team won't have visibility of them. 

      Once it's been 14 days, if the new contract hasn't been put in place, pop back and let us know and we can check things further for you.

        Hi Kath - It is day 13 and still no TNT sports. Not holding much hope for it to appear today or tomorrow tbh :(

    Any online change with VM is the slowest way. Ring them if you want the change instantly, but check you're getting the same deal. 

    As for the Ashes, itll probably save you a lot of sleep and pain not to watch it ;)

I was told yesterday (Day 15) that if you are an existing customer the £5 for 3 months and then £25 thereafter deal was not available to existing customers - even though I did receive a confirmation eMail. They offered me as compensation TNT for £25 per month with a £20 credit for 1 month only.
