TNT sports disappeared

Can someone help.  I just renewed my package and it says tnt sports is included.  I subscribe to mma fights and can't see them.

 

I've been trying to get through to an adviser and can't.  There was no option to add the channels to my package and we have now missed several important fights because of rhis

    Well as a fan of fights you now have a new fight on your hands to retain TNT Sport as it's a paid add on now. If you have evidence that you should still have it from anonymised screenshots post it here and stick to your guns.
