TNT Sports Activation

I added TNT Sports to my package as part of the Black Friday deal, it hasn't yet been activated and the confirmation email says 7-10 days t activate.  I called VM only to be told they could activate it immediately but it would be double the price.  The support agent was incredulous that I felt that was a bad deal!

Why oh why does it take 7-10 days to switch on a channel!

    Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the terms of the Black Friday deal.  As there are a lot applications to be applied by a ring fenced team, the time you've been set does have to be adhered to, sorry.  As neither we nor our customer services team have access to the required discount, any price we find would be dearer than the offer you've accepted.  However as you've reached out to us and mentioned you're unhappy with the customer service received, I would like to open a complaint on your behalf.   • Hi There, I have similar issue and also was removed from my package TNT sport. I found now email for reactivating but email link is not working. Please help. Thank you
