This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid

Hello, I am trying to regain access to my elderly fathers email account since he forgot the password a few months ago and it is now causing issues since most of our accounts are linked to that email

when trying to log in using his email it tells me that his email address isn’t valid however when signing into myO2 it is able to text me telling me that my accounts email is that email

    First things first, is your father a current VM broadband internet customer?

    Secondly, what exactly do you mean by "most of our accounts are linked to that email”? Do you mean that you, and presumably others, have email addresses which are what used to be called ‘secondary’ addresses to the primary one which your father has?
