The Gold Standard of Customer Service. Thank you, Mohammed!

If you are lucky enough to have Engineer Mohammed (ID 35818) visit your home, you are in for a treat. We have just had our Virgin Broadband installed, and in all my professional years, I have never come across a more professional, empathetic, and kind individual.

Mohammed wasn't just an engineer; he was a wonderful communicator with a great sense of humour and a fascinating life story that made the entire installation process a pleasure. He exceeded our expectations in every way and turned our home broadband transfer into a brilliant, stress-free experience.

Mohammed (Mo) is an absolute asset to Virgin Media and deserves huge recognition. He is a true credit to the company and the reason we will remain loyal customers. Thank you, Mo! (ID 35818)

    VM management would do well to learn from staff like Mohammed.
