Service restriction - contacting CS

Going through the monthly rigmarole of having the service restricted, finding out the random figure for the bill, paying it and finding a new random figure is created.

Have £20 essentials tariff. Virgin media produced bill for £76. Payment line claims bill is £53.67 of which £166.16 has been paid. As AI cannot do maths, still wanting another £73.67 to lift restriction.

Tried contacting humans but TerriBOT eventually said they are resting, back at 8am. It is 18.55 here and the humans should be at work until 8pm. 

I NEED the internet to finish a job application. I would like a job, especially if I can adjust TerriBOT with a lump hammer.
