All tv channels pixelating, had to switch tv off. Phone to 150 impossible and also seems to be on the blink. Can’t log into my account as it doesn’t recognise my details , Won’t let you check status as that’s crashed also…..what the hell is going in?????

Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear of the TV issues that you have been facing, as newapollo (cheers mate) has said, we have had an outage in regarding our TV services but have since been resolved. Can you please confirm if your TV services has restored, can you also please also confirm if you are able to log into your online account also?
