Switching to billing seems impossible.

As per title I'm trying to switch to ebilling, click on your profile it says and there it is, only it's not, the only option is to log out. I've searched and rifled in every nook and cranny but I just cant see how to switch to ebilling. Can anyone help me out on this please?
