Switching Issue

I have had Virgin Broadband installed for just 2 days. Today Sky have told me there’s a problem with Switching and that my Sky broadband will remain in place. Looks like I’m getting billed by 2 companies if this isn’t resolved

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the switch you are facing.
    Unfortunately we don't have access to the Sky systems or operate how they do.

    Please do get in touch with them via their support page found here and they will close down the account for you on their end.
    Let us know how it goes with them and we can follow up from there.
