Switch of account after moving house

Hi 

I recently moved house and transferred my existing wifi to the new property. Since then I haven't been able to view my new account in app or online as it says my email address is associated with my old address. 

Can you help me transfer my email address to my new address please?

  • Thanks for reaching out to us chopkins, and I'm sorry to hear of the issue you've been experiencing with the attempted set up of the new self-care account, since moving into your new property.

    A suitable work around that's been advised is to change the E-Mail address on the old self-care account to an E-Mail address you no longer use or need to access, and then verify the new Virgin Media account number provided by registering with the desired E-Mail address.

    If any steps within this process prove to be unsuccessful, we would advise attempting to clear cache and/or cookies on your browser and retrying.
