Surname spelt incorrectly
Hi,
A gentleman named Richard came to my house yesterday evening to advise Virgin Media was now in the area so we signed up.
He and I have since realised that my surname has been entered incorrectly.
I've had to use this misspelt surname to create my online account - installation date is set etc.
Would really like to correct the error with surname before the service gets underway to ensure there's no issues with billing and the like.
Can anyone offer any advise for getting this resolved?
