Still waiting for a response
I’ve been trying to sort out my elderly mother in law’s tv and phone bundle provision and it’s been so awful. My conclusion is that virgin media preys on vulnerable older people to extract maximum cash from them, making it impossible for them to navigate the customer service system to focus or change things.
I’m waiting for a reply to my last letter (sent by post) months and months after sending. It’s appalling.
