Still waiting for a response

I’ve been trying to sort out my elderly mother in law’s tv and phone bundle provision and it’s been so awful. My conclusion is that virgin media preys on vulnerable older people to extract maximum cash from them, making it impossible for them to navigate the customer service system to focus or change things. 

I’m waiting for a reply to my last letter (sent by post) months and months after sending. It’s appalling.

    We would like to help further here, but we'd be unable to do a package change when speaking to anybody other than the account holder.

    As you've said that you're doing this for your mother-in-law, would she be able to contact us in this Forum or on social media where we might be able to do the change for her?

      Yes… and I’m named on the account as someone who can deal with it for her 🙂
