Still unable to login to account

Virgin have not resolved our issue we reported on Monday. We have been unable to login to our VM account and just get an error page, for over a week. Been through all the usual " gadget team solutions" nothing works and we have spoken to other customers having the same issue. VM have abandoned us, we don't know if they're working on the issue or simply don't care. Any suggestions anyone?
