Still Being Charged for Paper Bills Despite Multiple Assurances
Hi,
I’m reaching out here because I’m at a loss with this ongoing issue. Since September, I have been in contact with Customer Service multiple times, both via phone and WhatsApp, to get the paper bill charges removed and switch to eBilling. Each time, I was assured the issue was resolved, and I was told I would no longer be charged the paper billing fee.
I’ve raised a complaint about this issue, but it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.
The instructions for updating preferences online yourself also don’t work (as many others have mentioned).
Please help resolve this issue.
