Still being charged for Disney+ after account closed
I switched Internet providers 14 months ago and the account was closed as I can no longer login and change anything, yet I still recieve bills for disney+ that I can still login to but when I go to the cancel subscription option it says I have to cancel it on Virgin media which I cannot do.
I've contacted virgin themselves numerous times over the issue and they just say no package has been added onto the account since the disconnection and the account doesn't exist and advise me to ignore the bills and they will wipe the fee. But next month a bill is still sent through my letterbox. The first time it happened I was also told I had to contact disney regarding this issue but they stated its a invoice from virgin so they are legally required to deal with the issue.
All I need is the disney+ cancelled and the remainder of the bill wiped as I do not use anymore.
