Speed upgrade offer 50% off by text message

Hi 

Got a text message today offering a speed upgrade at 50% off usual rate. I am interested in this but clicking on the Text link takes takes me to an "Oops something went wrong" webpage. Tried logging in via my pc and the offer is also on my homepage but clicking on this takes me to the Oops web also. how do I get to see what this offer entails. I am a volt customer. Not a great experience for a media company which  cant get its web pages working properly!!

Appreciate any help

    Sorry though to hear about the Oops message when you try to apply the speed upgrade.

    Would you like us to take a look into this for you?

      that would be great, just want to find out the details of the offer to decide if affordable for me
