Sky sports/movies removal and other services

I am out of contract at the moment and I'm trying to remove services I no longer require. I'm currently on 1 gig, anytime chatter, 2 boxes and i have Netflix/TNT sports as add ons. I have been told I cannot get 125mbps, remove sky movies/sports even though i no longer watch them. I would also like the phone line to be removed as well, but I've been told none of this possible for some unknown reason. P.s my contract is rolling and I am paying 147, even though my Internet/phone barely work and it has been the case for about 6 or 8 months now. Thank you.
