Sky cinema add on on contract but still greyed out on channel list

As per title, contract started 25 Jan, incl sky cinema add on. Rebooted hub and 360 box but still greyed out. Any other suggestions? Have emailed virgin but only a day ago so thought this may be quicker. Thanks, Keith

    When you say Greyed out, is this all the Sky Cinema channels or just one?

    Can you just try channel 411 and let me know if that is greyed out?

      Hi Matthew, thanks for the response, Sky Cinema now all active, maybe just a delay in switching everything on. Watching Dune 2 tonight! Regards, Keith
