Sim contract

I was deceived into signing up for a Virgin Media and O2 contract.The broadband delivery didn’t come with the SIM card I initially wanted. I contacted them to cancel, but I haven't received any confirmation via mail. What should I do now?

    We are so sorry that you have faced an issue with your package, can I ask if you were reaching out to us to cancel the broadband account or O2 to cancel the SIM?

        Which service do you wish to cancel? Or do you mean you "yes" to wanting to cancel both?
