Signed up to a new VM package but it's not showing on the app
My current package ends in November so I signed up for a new package on 7 October. I have received the contract, but no indication of when it will actually start.
I'm getting reminders from VM by email that the old package is coming to an end and that the proce will double at that point. Yet no sign of the new package on my app.
Can someone advise asap pleas?
