Sign in issues - link being sent to v old / invalid o2 email.
Hi - can't seem to get this fixed so all advice welcome please.
My VM account sign in email (not working email), is somehow / historically a 20+ year old o2 one, so when now on the sign in page, the initial link is being sent here, as opposed to actual email....meaning I do not receive the link and can't go any further.
Big problems as a result - does anyone have any idea....I've spoken to customer service / been transferred a few times but no joy...ending in being advised someone will get back but still waiting (weeks now!).
