Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe.

Instead:

  • Use a device you've signed in on before
  • Try again from a familiar connection
  • If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Apologies for any sign in issues. Have you tried the above checks, removing a VPN (maybe worth de-activating it and rebooting the device), also trying a familiar device as well?

      Thanks for coming back to us mackie81, can you please confirm if you have been able to create a VM O2 ID or if the details being entered are simply just your long standing My Virgin Media details?

        I have not been able to create a new Virgin/O2 ID. I've tried everything and I've ended up in a right mess! I believe I have used my original details.
