Service address incorrect on contract
My current contract has an incorrect 'service' address where the postcode appears twice, with the first replacing the county name. I think this might be why the O2 site resolutely refuses to acknowledge I'm eligible for Volt benefits (even though they appear to have given them, but that could be a hangover from before renewal!)
Could someone at VM have a look for me and ensure it is in the same format as O2 expect?
