Section 21 eviction help

Me and my housemates are soon being section 21 no fault evicted so our landlord can turn our house into an air bnb. I have spoken to contact centre and we have a large disconnection fee as no one can take the contract to a new address. Our landlord won't help out with the cost and virgin didnt have much empathy for our situation. Bit of a kick in the teeth to have to pay this when it's completely out of our control to add to the other stresses of being evicted

Can anyone from VM help with this or has anyone else had any experience with this?

    This must be such a shock to you both and I'm sorry you didn't get anywhere when calling.

    If you have evidence of the section 21? I can look at the disconnection fee for you from here.

    As long as you're the named account holder then it will be an easy fix from here.

    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
