second tv box

I have a second TV box but unfortunately had no opportunity to wire coaxal at the time the installation was made in August last year. I have now got the (very long distance) cable ready to connect but where and how do I do that? I think the installer has left us a spur. Is it best for your engineer to come back and what would the cost be? I am able to use the box to access recordings from the main box so the WIFI is fine! ps are you going to make wifi access alone for the second box ever available?

    I would love to help you get your additional set top box installed.  To answer your question around capability to have TV service without cabling, at this time we're not aware of the possibility.  If things change, it would be announced here.  I am going to send you a private message.   • Hi Lee,

    Re my second box (see above) it has been working fine for a couple of years but are having lip sync problems now. I have tried reformating the box after finding the lip sync in settings didnt help. I am also unable to connect to my main box for recordings anymore, It drops out and says try later.

    Any thoughts? Could it be the hot weather? Last years heat made no difference though.

      Thanks for replying.

      If it were the hot weather, then at a guess your other service would also be affected and not just the lip sync.

      Sounds like we need to have a more in depth look at this for you with the option of a box swap.

      It might also be worth trying the additional box in the TV that your main box is connected to first though.
