Screwed up renewal process
I received an offer by e-mail 0n 6/5/24 saying that if I renewed early (by 2 months) I could get £35 off my renewal price (£67 pcm instead of £102 in July). I had been paying just over £64 till May, so I took the offer. Back came notification that I had signed up for £102 from May ! I raised a complaint and received a reply saying there was no trace of my £67 offer. If I sent it to their Webteam as proof, they would honour it. I sent an e-mail to the Webteam with the offer attached as a pdf. I've tried 3 times now but it keeps being bounced back because the Webteam's inbox is full ! The first time I sent it to the Resolutionteam as a copy. That did not get bounced back. Neither did it get forwarded internally to the Webteam, I think ! I asked them to do this because of the inbox problem described. No result except for the bot-generated contract stuff (for £102) which I received today. Any views ?
