Rogue Payment

I have a payment of 17.95 being charged by Virgin Media to my account each month.

I go on-line o view my bills but there is nothing there to explain the 17.95 payment. There's an invoice for the broadband package I get but nothing that refers to the 17.95 each month. 

Does anyone have any ideas of what it might be?

    Could this be for a Phone contract payment for a SIM or a Phone Loan payment?
