Returning the hub

Hello,

I posted the return package of my hub, by I got a message this morning saying that it haven't arrives and ask me to order a new return package. I'm pretty sure I have posted it correctly. I need an agent to check it for me please.

    Sorry to hear you have been having these issues, can you confirm with the return, did you receive any notification of this being delivered, or do you have the receipt of sending this back to us? With this it can take some time to get delivered back to us, so would also be useful to know when it was sent.
