Returning hub

Hello, 

I have terminated my broadband contract recently. I understand I am required to return the hub. Unfortunately I am abroad until April 2025.

Please be patient with me. I will return it once I get back. As a matter of fact, I am considering rejoining Virgin on my return.

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. You would still need to return your equipment once your services have been disconnected. 

    Do you have any friends or family members that could return the equipment on your behalf?
