Return of Equipment after Cancelling Contract
Wow. This is the worst website I have ever been on in terms of navigation. I don't even know if I am on the right part of the Forum - but this is the only area I have found where I could actually TYPE.
I packaged up my equip and took it to a Yodel collection store - TWO WEEKS AGO. It is still showing as being at The National Centre.
VM sends me messages saying they have not received the equip back and will be billing me £40.
Yodel can only be contacted online and their call centre is offshore somewhere. "Somewhere" that objects to the use of the term "Virgin"...what an absolute joke.
I have contacted these people three times now. The last time they said I gave them the wrong address so they could not 'advise' me. (I gave them the same address twice before.)
I need to know where this enquip is; if I need to do anything more; and where my REFUND for overpayment is?
I would put in a COMPLAINT but your website takes me around in circles. Convenient.
