Reset Email Password

I've forgotten my account password. I've clicked on the "reset password" button a dozen times now, looked through junk/spam folders and found nothing. How hard can it be to send an email??!!.

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the attempts to reset the E-Mail password.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner, and provided you are the account holder for the Virgin Media subscription, I should be able to do this for you.
