Reset Email not being received

I am unable to reset my password via the 'forgotten password' option on my virgin media.  The email never reaches my inbox. Please Help,

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account and not receiving the reset emails that have been requested. Have you checked your junk and spam folders as the emails can sometimes find their way into those folders. If you haven't please try to use the link one more time to see if the mails arrive there. If you have tried that let us know and we can get this looked into further from here.

      I have tried this many time and still no luck unfortunately. please help.
