Renewed contract on with broadband speed upgrade and tv 360, but broadband speed has not changed

Had an engineer out yesterday because our tivo would not upgrade to the new 360 software so he swapped the box but our broadband speed should have doubled but its still at 125 Mbps. When should this happen?

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your broadband speed, when did your upgrade go through and does your online account show that your speed has been upgraded or is it still at the old speed?
