Renewed contract, but not showing on my account, and package has not changed.

My renewal order was on March 22nd and the contract information you sent states this. It still hasn't updated and my contract ended on April 30th. I had assumed it was waiting for the existing contract to end but apparently not.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your renewal order. 

    Can you confirm did you make the order on the 22 March or was this when the order was suppose to have been activated for you?

    How did you make the renewal order please?
