Renewal order not showing
My original 18 month contract was up. Through the website I did a renewal order and received the contract documents and confirmation emails to support this. This was a like for like renewal at a new price.This was on 14th October. On 24th October I got an email to say my Netflix was changed from Standard to Standard with Ads. This was not what was on my supporting email confirmation. So upon contacting through the live chat this morning I am being told there is no new package on my account, despite me having all the order number and confirmations of it all. I am losing the will on the live chat with their copy/paste typing and need to speak to someone to deal with this. Any suggestions?
