Remove films
Phoned today to remove films but the guy on the phone told me that movies is part of my package so I would have to change my package. But check and movies is a add on on my app. And I am not in a contract with them ???

I'm going to presume your reference to "films" means Sky Cinema.
If you pay full-price for a premium add-on, then you can add & remove them at will - with 30days notice. If you have any promotional discounts associated with it, then you have been correctly advised that it's not as simple.
Perhaps post up a screenshot of your package, with personal details redacted.
