Removal of all virgin media equipment outside

How do you remove all the VM equipment outside. Do VM do this for you?

    VM don't like to remove the outside equipment. They want it to stay there in case a new resident wants to use VM broadband. The only exception would be if it was causing a safety risk. 

    It has been known for people to remove it themselves.
