Register a Lasting Power of Attorney - my dad is 93 and deaf

Hello VM

I wish to register a Lasting Power of Attorney on behalf my father who is almost 93 and has about 90% hearing loss so cannot deal with VM himself in any effective way. 

Note: I have had the account transferred to his name, as sadly my mother died 2 weeks ago but I forgot to do the PoA with the bereavement team. 

I literally cannot find any easy way on the website.

I do have a 13 digit V Code from Gov UK generated, specifically for Virgin Media to use.
