Virgin has charged me more than they should have in my 18 months contract. I wanted to hold back the last bill but was told they'll disconnect if I don't pay in the last month of notice period.
I was promised I'll get refund within 42 days of leaving. It has been more than 70 days now. Can someone from Virgin care to look into this please.
I thought it was 90 days, or at least that's the last number I saw quoted on the Forums?
It's still way too long though.
