Recontracting via online link.

Hello there was just wondering if someone could give me about of help.

I recently followed a link to recontract with virgin by email. I received my pre contract documents straight away and my order summary does this mean everythings gone through or do i still have to wait.

    Welcome to the community forums. 

    When you renew though your online account it can take up to 14 days for the new package/contract to be applied and become active at our side. As long as you have provided your consent from the pre-contract agreement that we sent, the dedicated team will get this processed at our side for you within 14 days.  

     

    Do let us know if you've not seen your package change after this time and we can investigate further.

      I have just received a re-contracting e-mail which is 5 months before my present contact ends in January 2025. 

      Does anyone know if by pressing the re-contracting button a further page is shown with the details of the deal (TV channels, price etc).

These should only been sent to those who've received their 30 day end of contract notification, so our apologise for any confusion that this email has caused. You'll receive your correct renewal offers when you contract is within the renewal period.
