Recontract confusion and frustration

Received an email regarding an apparently exclusive recontract offer however the link in the email doesn’t work and when I tried online chat it seems that there is seemingly no such offer and my minimum contract expires both in April and July with the price going up to £72 on the 1st April then £43.50 on 28th apparantly both due to RPI increase. Can anybody at VM help?
