Received CSS sheet for new contract, it's been a week with no updates
Hi,
I have used the web portal to upgrade my current contract from 250mb to the 1gig line and received the CSS sheet via email which confirms my start date and the updated costs/speed for the new contract as well as my account number.
Since receiving these however I have not had any communication from Virgin about moving ahead with the new line, the live chat has not been working for me at all and no one on the sales team is able to help either.
