Reactivation of Services

Forgot to change my bank account info with VM which I totally get is my fault. Services restricted due to unpaid bill. Again my fault. 

Paid balance today & it said services would reactivate within 10 mins. Thought great. It’s been over an hour and still not reactivated. Bit of false advertising there Virgin!!
