I'm in the same position and I didn't get any notification. I agree with everything that Stephenbough has said including leaving Virgin Media. This is an issue where either Virgin are not telling the truth, or a great many customers are very stupid. I don't think I am, nor any of the others who have complained. This is an issue that Virgin has handled extremely badly and about which its employees are engaging in covering up. I will also be complaining as when I negotiated a new deal I was given no notification- my agreement was gained either fraudulently or through negligence. Though I wouldn't be surprised if the Virgin staff I dealt with didn't know what was going on either.
